Tickets: $225 General Admission / $100 Young Professional (35 and under)
Fair market value of each ticket is $75, including a FMV of $10 for the entertainment portion of the event, which is subject to a 10% FDA tax. Any amount contributed above the FMV is considered tax deductible. Please consult your tax representative for more information.
Our Biggest Party of the Year
Over 600 supporters of our Nathan Yip Foundation gathering in Denver, Colorado for a memorable evening celebrating the Chinese Lunar New Year.
This year, we are celebrating the Lunar New Year like no other. We're bringing back karaoke and adding a silent disco! Plus, we're expanding our fun-filled Chinese-themed Night Market. It's our version of a street party, complete with troupes of acrobats, Chinese lion dancers, and of course tasty themed food stations.

Join us as we take on a new look and feel, converting at Denver’s iconic McNichols Building, located in the heart of Civic Center Park, into a bustling Chinese Night Market. Our guests will get an exclusive chance to be transported to China, where they'll experience delicious and unique cuisine, fun activities and thrilling performances around every corner.
MEET OUR 2018 CHAIRS
Ryta and Steve Sondergard are long-time supporters of local and international philanthropic efforts. Their main focus is on children's health and education.
Steve has been an oil and gas man for all of his working career, having worked in refining and development for companies in Switzerland, England, Venezuela, Canada and the U.S. He is currently the Executive Vice President of Downstream Operations for Sinclair Oil Corporation. He is a published author (Climate Balance: A Balanced and Realistic View of Climate Change) and noted speaker. His community involvement includes support of the Nathan Yip Foundation, Colorado UpLift, Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children and many other organizations.
Ryta is Community Relations Specialist for Sinclair Oil Corporation. Ryta has been a mainstay in Denver’s nonprofit activities for many years. She remains involved with a few Colorado organizations as well as organizations in Wyoming, Utah and internationally. Her efforts are targeted at self-sufficiency for women and families, the arts and literacy. Ryta has served as president and member of numerous guilds and associations. She is an accomplished writer and speaker.
Ryta and Steve now reside in Cottonwood Heights, Utah with Luka, their Bernese Mountain Dog.
